My week #19/52

Hello!  I can't believe how quickly the weeks are flying by, it will be June in no time and we'll be half way through the year!  Here are my pages for this week.  I don't really like the first page, I kept adding bits to it but it wasn't really helping so I just had to leave it in the end.  I do like the second half of the week though.

My week in my Filofax #19/52

I wanted to tidy up the gardens this week so of course all it has done is rain.  I managed to do a few little bits outside but not as much as I would like.

Due to the rain I have caught up on a few TV shows and noting down the episodes I have watched so I don't loose track of where I am.  I finished the first season of Hart of Dixie and loved it!  I can't wait to start season two.

Today I have emailed some bloggers about an idea I have had for a new series of posts.  I will tell you more once I have heard back from everyone but I'm quite excited about it!
As always, thanks for reading and enjoy the rest of your weekend!

  1. Can you help? I'm toying with the idea of getting an a5 filofax but was panicking about it being too big! Do you carry yours around with you in your handbag ? Us mums have enough in our bags as it is so should probably get a personal sized one.... but I love the size of the a5 paper - oh dear , I just can't choose and don't want to waste my cash.
    How did you decide?

    1. To be honest I didn't put much thought into it when I brought an A5, I chose it because it was on sale. I don't take this one out of the house, I have a pocket size filofax that I keep in my bag and use it as my purse too. I only have a month on two pages diary in the pocket one so I can make and check appointments etc and some finance sheets and note paper which is all I need it for. Size wise the A5 would fit easily into my bag because I carry a big mummy bag full of everything I need to keep a toddler happy but when the A5 is full it is really heavy. I guess it would depend on what you wanted to keep in an A5, mine has two diaries in it and a to do and notes section plus all the bills and paperwork I clip together at the back that I need to pay and deal with so it gets pretty fat and heavy. If your filo wasn't going to be as full as mine you could probably carry an A5 around with no trouble. Have you checked www.filofax.co.uk yet they have some A5's like mine reduced to £20 at the moment ;)

I love your diary, it's so cute. If you don't mind me asking, where is it from? I'm currently looking for one for the start of July.

    2. Hi Suzee, thanks for your lovely comments! The pens are mainly gel and ballpoint pens from Tesco, a Bic two colour pen in pink and light blue and a 4 colour coleto. The toadstool sticky notes came from a stationery bag I brought from Imy at www.imysworld.blogspot.co.uk so she may remember where she got them from?
I am thinking of downsizing to a personal size at the moment instead of using an A5 and a pocket ;) I love so much of Sachiko's items, she is so talented!

  7. Hi! I just surfed onto your blog.

New to filofaxing but loving it, and I love your diary pages. I have a question though, where did you get those cute 3D puzzle stickers? I see one with like an alligator and a little duck, a bunny that has "ok ok" at it's sides and another that looks like two ducks. Where did you get those? Absolutely adorable!

I have pics of your filofax on my pinterest: http://www.pinterest.com/iloveheroicguys/filo-fax-design-my-life/

I'd love to find some stickers like that. Thank you!

    1. Hi Li! I'm so sorry I can't remember where those stickers came from, I tried googling them but nothing close came up.
What Filofax do you have and thank you for pinning my pages :)
